Roseville - DFL U.S. Senate candidate made a stop at Rosepointe Active Senior Living. A full house was there to greet the U.S. Senate candidate. Al Franken is in the final week of campaigning. He talked about plans to rebuild the middle - class economy; about a lifeline for Minnesota small businesses; create jobs by investing in infrastructure; and a program called apollo program to create green jobs. Lastly, he talked about ending tax breaks for companies that ship jobs overseas.
